Senior Associate
Željka provides legal advice in the fields of labor and commercial law, as well as data protection. She also advises on intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademark law and plant variety protection. She is involved in trademark registration and protection procedures, monitoring and enforcement of rights, and drafting license and rights transfer agreements.
Additionally, Željka has experience in due diligence projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance and the assessment of legal risks in contractual documentation.
