Monika Töpfer
Senior Associate
Monika provides legal advice in the areas of commercial, civil and labor law, with a special emphasis on corporate law and contractual relations. During her work, she has advised domestic and international clients on various aspects of business, especially in connection with the establishment of companies, daily operations, corporate governance and changes in the ownership structures of companies.
In her work, she participates in the preparation and analysis of contractual documentation, the preparation of legal opinions and submissions and the provision of legal advice to clients.
During her previous experience, she has been involved in due diligence projects as well as in working on cases covering labor law, property law relations and intellectual property.
She is also experienced in representing parties in civil proceedings and in the field of immigration law, including procedures for obtaining residence and work permits for foreign workers.
