Mojmir has more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions and dispositions in a wide range of industries. He has led some of the Croatian market’s landmark transactions, including a transaction valuing more than EUR 100 million. He is also recognised as one of the leading litigation lawyers and was actively involved in resolving some of the most complex corporate disputes in the local market.

Apart from managing Ostermann & Partners, Мојmir is actively involved in the client work and represents clients in a breadth of legal matters.

Clients recognize him for his strong negotiation skills, client service, diligence, and commitment.

As a token of recognition from the business and legal community, Mojmir has been listed as leading individual by Legal 500 for a number of years (2014-2022) and is in their Hall of Fame for Commercial, Corporate and M&A, as the only Croatian attorneys with the Hall of Fame status for 2022.
